For Todd Webb, a 20-year career in the United States Air Force was a masterclass in service and sacrifice. Retiring in 2021 as a veteran of multiple combat deployments, Todd witnessed firsthand the unique challenges faced by those who serve. Driven by a desire to continue that service in the private sector, he co-founded Moon Tree Consulting with a singular mission: ensuring his fellow veterans receive the world-class facilities and care they deserve.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Moon Tree reflects Todd's "veterans-first" ethos. By uniting elite architects and engineers, he focuses his leadership on Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) projects and mission-critical infrastructure. His leadership is defined by the same discipline he practiced downrange, ensuring that every project directly contributes to the safety, dignity, and advancement of the veteran community.

Kera was the catalyst for the forming of Moon Tree Consulting, having worked with current members of the Moon Tree team on multiple VA projects already in a Project Management capacity as a part of established partner SDVOSB entities, where she realized that a small core group of competent project managers and design specialists could successfully form a new SDVOSB entity to provide unparalleled attention to VA clients by focusing on select projects within the range of competence of the firm, while teaming with established contacts as industry leaders in the A/E arena to supplement and compliment Moon Tree Consulting in its service of our Nation’s projects. Kera now serves as Operations Manager and Project Manager for Moon Tree Consulting, having experience on managing multiple VA projects progressing through design and construction. 

David is a Senior Structural Engineer with a degree in Architectural Engineering encompassing Structural Engineering with a focus on building structures and including a broad range of curriculum in Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, and Project Management. David has served as Operations Manager, Contract Manager, Project Manager, Proposal Coordinator, and Marketing Development Coordinator in addition to Engineering responsibilities in his tenure with other SDVOSB firms, and he brings that knowledge and expertise to our team at Moon Tree. David has successfully managed projects across the country and performed on projects overseas on DoD, USACE and VA Medical Center facilities and has almost 20 years of field experience in building Design and Engineering through multiple disciplines. As a credentialed VA and USACE Blast Engineer, David is also a Structural Blast Specialist with considerable experience in blast resistant project design and consulting for numerous other SDVOSB firms holding contracts for design of VA Mission Critical and Life Safety facilities. David is licensed in multiple states and also is a registered NCARB Architectural Associate.
